Fall is the best time of the year. Hocus Pocus is and always has been mandatory viewing during the month of October for me and so many others. This project is not so much about what happened in the movie as it is what happened to me during the countless times I've viewed it throughout my life. Call this project fan fiction. Call it a unique exploration of the characters and themes of the movie. Or just call it a wonderful companion during the season of autumn. Just take it with you wherever you're going. Listen in your headphones on the train. Play it with the windows down while the crisp fall breeze hits you. Sing it at the top of your lungs with your friends at a Hocus Pocus viewing party. This project no longer belongs to me. It's yours. As far as I'm concerned, the characters in that movie are real, and they still have a role to play in my life and yours. I hope you enjoy this project for many falls and Halloweens to come.
